About the Job:
The Corporate Service System team at ByteDance aims to deliver advanced product solutions in the corporate service domain, enhancing management efficiency and user experience for staff services. We build intelligent decision-making platforms for business owners and foster efficient, comfortable office lifestyles for employees, encouraging creative ideas and innovative products from our daily work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, high-availability, and high-performance web pages based on product requirements and design drafts.
- Participate in the construction of front-end developer tools to enhance development efficiency and system stability.
- Manage daily maintenance and on-call work concerning our products.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, with an expected graduation date in 2026.
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication skills.
- At least 1 year of front-end software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and familiarity with Typescript, ReactJS, Redux, Webpack, Monorepo, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proactive, self-motivated, and possess effective communication skills in a collaborative environment.
- Previous internship or personal projects demonstrating software development experience.
