Job Description
As a Senior Manager within our General Consulting services, you will collaborate with business leaders to address complex business issues and seize strategic opportunities. Your role will involve working with some of the world's largest and most complex organizations, helping them establish sustainable change, foster innovation, unlock data capabilities, and align their strategies with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of DevOps strategy at the enterprise level, including governance, technical toolchain, and architecture, acting as a trusted advisor for clients.
- Cultivate strong working relationships with executive management at client organizations.
- Support business development initiatives such as technical proposal development, budget creation, and client presentations.
- Address ambiguous and unstructured problems effectively.
- Foster candid coaching conversations across all levels of the organization.
- Balance big picture thinking with attention to detail.
- Anticipate stakeholder needs and propose solutions proactively.
- Provide technical expertise in your area of specialization.
- Promote a collaborative environment where people and technology work together efficiently.
- Navigate the complexities of diverse teams and engagements.
- Build trust through open communication with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Uphold the firm's ethical standards and business conduct.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience.
- Strong background in Software Development, DevOps, and strategic planning.
- Educational qualifications as per the requirements of the position.

- Up to 80% travel may be required.
