As an Enterprise Account Technology Strategist, you will design and drive leading-edge technology initiatives in partnership with your customers, supporting their desired business outcomes while achieving Microsoft’s business objectives. In collaboration with an Enterprise Account Executive and a large, multi-functional team across the breadth of the Microsoft product portfolio, you will build and grow your network of technology executives and deliver industry-relevant solutions to help customers adopt and embrace AI technologies. You will have a proven history of innovating technical solutions to achieve customers’ business objectives and account growth targets. This role provides the opportunity to combine your technology and industry knowledge to deliver AI solutions that accelerate your customers’ AI vision, ultimately making you their trusted technology advisor.
Responsibilities:
- Document and articulate the customer’s business objectives, technology landscape, and AI and Security strategy.
- Drive Microsoft Business growth, including partner co-sell motions and governance around consumption and intent to use.
- Lead AI (including data and migration) and Security discussions, demonstrating how they align with customer business priorities.
- Apply expertise in customer businesses, technology platforms, and industry to build AI strategies that align with business outcomes.
- Influence virtual teams to utilize the right technical architecture for customers, leveraging the best of Microsoft and partners.
- Deliver regular industry/technology briefings to customer technology stakeholders.
- Utilize existing resources to develop enablement plans for customers, expanding their technical product capabilities and contributing to innovations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, consultative selling, business consulting, or related technical/sales experience, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the banking industry.
- Technical certifications in cloud, AI, and/or security is a plus.
