About the Role
This position involves developing and maintaining 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) for mechanical services which include HVAC, chilled water, ventilation, plumbing, and fire protection. Utilizing Autodesk Revit, you will create accurate models and ensure high standards in the documentation process, fostering effective project collaboration and installation sequences.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for mechanical services (HVAC, chilled water, ventilation, plumbing, and fire protection) using Autodesk Revit.
• Shop Drawings: Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication layouts, coordination sections, and construction documentation directly from the model.
• Clash Detection: Perform multidisciplinary clash detection and resolve routing conflicts with architectural, structural, and electrical elements using Navisworks.
• Discipline Coordination: Participate in coordination meetings to address design discrepancies and adjust layouts digitally prior to site installation.
• Standards Compliance: Adhere to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), naming conventions, and specific Levels of Development (LOD 300 to LOD 400/500).

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the functionality and accuracy of mechanical systems, contributing to the overall success of the project. Engage with various teams to streamline development processes and enhance collaboration across disciplines.
