About the Role
You will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models of mechanical components and layouts based on project data. Your expertise will help ensure that all elements work harmoniously together through effective coordination and clash detection.
Key Responsibilities

Create 3D Models: Build detailed mechanical components and layouts using project data.
Run Clash Detection: Identify and resolve overlaps between mechanical lines and other structural or electrical elements.
Coordinate Teams: Share progress files with architects, structural engineers, and site managers to maintain project coherence.
Extract 2D Drawings: Produce fabrication and installation sheets directly from the 3D model.
Required Skills and Software
Core Tools: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD is essential.
Standards: Familiarity with Level of Development (LOD 300 to LOD 400/500) requirements is required.
