FSI-JB-615 / Plumbing BIM Modeler

About the Role
A Plumbing BIM Modeler is responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining detailed 3D BIM models for plumbing and sanitary systems using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. The role involves modeling complete plumbing services, including water supply, hot and cold water, drainage, sanitary systems, rainwater, soil and waste piping, and related plumbing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical, and fire-fighting teams to ensure proper coordination of all MEP services.
• Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, layouts, sections, pipe routing, sleeves, builder's work drawings, and detailed installation drawings.
• Perform clash detection and resolution.
• Review consultant and engineering drawings, incorporating design changes as necessary.
• Update BIM models according to site conditions and project requirements.
• Support BIM coordination meetings.
• Ensure that plumbing models and drawings comply with project specifications, authority requirements, and industry standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of plumbing and sanitary systems.
• Experience with BIM modeling and coordination processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
