As an ELV Draftsman, you will be responsible for preparing detailed Extra Low Voltage (ELV) system drawings using AutoCAD, ensuring adherence to project specifications, approved shop drawings, and relevant standards. You will leverage your expertise in the field to contribute to a range of low-current systems.

Responsibilities
- Prepare layouts and drawings for various systems, including:
- CCTV surveillance systems
- Access control systems
- Structured cabling
- Data and telephone systems
- Public address systems
- Intercom systems
- IPTV
- SMATV
- Create shop drawings, as-built drawings, cable routing layouts, containment layouts, schematic diagrams, and coordination drawings.
- Interpret architectural, electrical, and MEP drawings and coordinate with other disciplines to prevent clashes.
- Incorporate site modifications as necessary into drawings.
- Ensure familiarity with ELV design requirements, equipment locations, and cable tray routing.
- Collaborate with engineers, BIM teams, and site personnel to produce accurate drawings and facilitate smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in drafting ELV systems using AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of ELV design principles and standards.
- Ability to interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings.
- Excellent coordination skills to work effectively with different teams and disciplines.
