Position

What you will do:

  • Contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations by executing the company Applications strategy throughout the territory, delivering ARR and Renewals.
  • Close business and achieve quota against targets.
  • Establish strong customer relationships to position the company’s full SaaS strategic pillars around the customer's digital transformation.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partner with existing customers for upselling and renewable business.
  • Update sales forecasts, record activities, and build opportunity close plans.
  • Ensure proper pipeline coverage, maximizing returns from demand generation campaigns, deal progression, and conversion.
  • Prepare for and attend business reviews and value assessment meetings with SaaS customers.
  • Act as a point of escalation for issues between the company and existing customers and partners.
  • Drive account and territory planning in collaboration with Specialist Account Executives.
  • Participate in the execution of large deals, leveraging product expertise from Sales Account Executives and key sales support functions.
  • Collaborate with supporting functions and ecosystem, including Marketing, Alliances, Presales, and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).

Requirements

  • A performance-driven mindset with a proven track record of successful sales achievements.
