Position

Join the company as an FSTD Support Technician II, where you will support Flight Simulator Training Devices and Cabin Crew Training Devices. Your responsibilities will include attending maintenance calls, assisting with device setup, conversions, demos, and performing snag clearance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Perform Preventive Maintenance Tasks (PMTs) and Daily Readiness (DR) on training devices.
  • Ensure PMTs are executed according to standards and deficiencies are properly managed.
  • Conduct recurrent QTGs and low-level troubleshooting using schematics and system documentation.
  • Use the Maintenance Management System to track and review all maintenance activities.
  • Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) to junior technicians.
  • Assist with updates of Nav DB, Terr DB, OIS & EFB Charts, Documents, and Performance Data.
  • Maintain and request tools and consumables required for maintenance tasks.
  • Support logistics duties, including inventory and store management.
  • Perform administrative and additional housekeeping duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Technical College Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Aviation field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of related work experience.
  • Good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Adequate troubleshooting skills across electronic, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to interpret schematics and technical documents related to training devices.
  • Proficiency in using test equipment and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of computer networking and flexible shift adaptability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong customer orientation and ability to manage sensitive situations.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Capability to contribute effectively within a team environment.

Language Requirements: Good command of English (both spoken and written).
