FTP Business Analyst - Treasury

About the Role
We are currently looking for an FTP Business Analyst for our operations in Qatar. This role involves analyzing financial data and helping to shape financial strategies, particularly in Treasury and Performance Management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis pertaining to Treasury, Finance, ALM, FTP, and Risk Analytics.
• Develop and implement frameworks for profitability, liquidity, capital, and RAROC.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and document findings.
• Utilize strong reporting, dashboarding, and data interpretation skills to support business decisions.
• Engage with teams to apply advanced analytical and quantitative methods in financial assessments.
• Maintain a strong understanding of FTP methodologies and balance sheet management concepts.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank.
• Experience in Treasury, Finance, ALM, FTP, Risk Analytics, Business Analysis, or Performance Management.
• Preferred exposure to profitability, liquidity, capital, or RAROC frameworks.

Required Special Skills

• Strong understanding of FTP methodologies and balance sheet management concepts.
• Knowledge of liquidity pricing, profitability measurement, and treasury processes.
• Strong business analysis and requirements documentation skills.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative capabilities.
• Strong reporting, dashboarding, and data interpretation skills.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
