Essential Functions
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable core business applications, including application servers, associated hardware, endpoints, APIs, and databases.
- Develop Data and CI/CD Pipelines in coordination with Infrastructure and Security.
- Implement data models to support business intelligence and reporting needs, addressing security requirements and potential vulnerabilities.
- Create visually compelling and informative dashboards to communicate complex data trends.
- Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases for overall quality assurance.
- Work with relational databases to store, retrieve, and manipulate data, optimizing database queries while ensuring data integrity and security.
- Integrate data from various sources, ensuring seamless and accurate data flow, and implement data transformation and cleansing processes to maintain data quality.
- Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms.
- Perform design, implementation, and upgrades of information systems to meet business and user needs.
- Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance.
- Liaise with external suppliers to secure IT products and services.
- Conduct regular research on contemporary IT practices, particularly those related to systems administration and management, and recommend subsequent actions.
Minimum Professional Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or Electronics & Telecommunication.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the design, development, and end-to-end implementation of business applications.
- Strong experience in DevSecOps practices and application development using technologies including .NET (Core, MVC, WebForms), C#, React, Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with JavaScript, Python, and Node.js, along with exposure to MySQL and PostgreSQL databases and familiarity with PHP frameworks such as Laravel and CodeIgniter will be considered an added advantage.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure services including PaaS, IaaS, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Hands-on experience with cloud deployments using Kubernetes, Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, and Docker containers.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric data platform, including pipelines, dataflows, and Eventhouse.
- For Mobile Development: Experience developing Hybrid Mobile Applications, preferably with Flutter.
