About the Role:

Join us in a key position where you'll collaborate with fellow engineers, product teams, and senior leadership. As a Lead Engineer, you'll be instrumental in shaping our AI start-up's foundation, contributing 80% of your time to our codebase.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain ownership of mission-critical systems.
• Build high-volume platforms using cutting-edge technologies.
• Own projects from data discovery to deployment.
• Develop customer-centric prototypes for new product explorations.
• Lead and grow a small team of engineers.
• Communicate your progress and learnings proactively.
• Work across both front-end and back-end areas as needed.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of engineering experience.
• Degree in Computer Science (preferred).
• Experience in start-ups or start-up-like environments.
• Strong full-stack development experience (React, Node).
• Proficiency in Python (desired).
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), NLP, Large Language Models, Generative AI, Langchain, Transformer models.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Experience building mobile-friendly web applications.
• Strong product design experience.
• Willingness to experiment and quickly adopt new technologies.
