Role Overview:
Are you a dynamic full-stack developer ready to dive into cutting-edge technology? We are on the lookout for a junior Full-Stack Engineer to develop and maintain our web, mobile, and backend platforms. You will play a key role in crafting scalable, high-performance applications across Digital Banking, Fintech, Open Banking, Digital Assets, and Web3 domains. Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain applications across the full stack.
- Frontend Excellence: Develop user interfaces with contemporary frameworks, prioritizing exceptional user experience and intuitive design.
- Backend Development: Create and integrate RESTful, gRPC, and GraphQL APIs across various service channels using Spring Boot, Quarkus, or .NET frameworks.
- Cloud-Native Services: Assist in designing and maintaining scalable cloud-native services.
- Database Management: Manage and design efficient data models with both relational and non-relational databases.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Support & Maintenance: Provide L2/L3 support by troubleshooting and fixing bugs in existing applications and platforms.
- Testing and Automation: Implement automated tests using frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-6 years of full-stack development experience.
- Backend Development: Proficiency in Java or C# with frameworks like Spring Boot, Quarkus, or .NET Core.
- Frontend Development: Experience with React.js, Next.js, or React Native and CSS frameworks such as TailwindCSS, ShadCN/UI, Material UI, or Next UI.
- API Development: Skilled in building and consuming RESTful, gRPC, or GraphQL APIs.
- Event-Driven Architecture: Exposure to Kafka or similar technologies is advantageous.
- Database Skills: Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology stacks and frameworks.
- Web3 Exposure: Familiarity with Web3 concepts and technologies is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
