Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full stack software development, ensuring best practices in code quality and architecture.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver on project objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Technologies:
- React 18 + TypeScript (hooks, context, component composition, performance optimization)
- Data visualization (Recharts, D3.js, or Chart.js)
- Tailwind CSS or equivalent
- Figma-to-code implementation
- MSAL.js (Azure AD authentication in SPAs)
- REST API integration (fetch/axios)
- State management (React Query or Zustand)
- GitHub Actions (frontend CI/CD pipeline)
- Mobile responsiveness (CSS Grid/Flexbox, viewport testing)
- Vitest / React Testing Library
- WebSocket or SSE for real-time data feeds
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in full stack development.
- Proficiency in backend technologies (e.g., .Net Core, C#, NodeJs).
- Strong experience in frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
