Full Stack Engineer (Lead)

The company is seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Engineer (Lead) to join our innovative team. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable web applications. This role entails collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while mentoring and guiding junior team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both frontend and backend development, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full stack software development, ensuring best practices in code quality and architecture.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver on project objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Technologies:

• React 18 + TypeScript (hooks, context, component composition, performance optimization)
• Data visualization (Recharts, D3.js, or Chart.js)
• Tailwind CSS or equivalent
• Figma-to-code implementation
• MSAL.js (Azure AD authentication in SPAs)
• REST API integration (fetch/axios)
• State management (React Query or Zustand)
• GitHub Actions (frontend CI/CD pipeline)
• Mobile responsiveness (CSS Grid/Flexbox, viewport testing)
• Vitest / React Testing Library
• WebSocket or SSE for real-time data feeds

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in backend technologies (e.g., .Net Core, C#, NodeJs).
• Strong experience in frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Passion for continuous learning and technology innovation.
