Responsibilities
- Overseeing full stack software development, ensuring best practices in code quality and architecture.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to deliver on project objectives.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in full stack development.
- Proficiency in backend technologies such as .Net Core, C#, NodeJs, or similar.
- Strong experience in frontend frameworks, including Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Passion for continuous learning and technology innovation.
Skills & Technologies
- React 18 + TypeScript — hooks, context, component composition, performance optimization.
- Data visualization — Recharts, D3.js, or Chart.js; knows when to use which.
- Tailwind CSS or equivalent — responsive layout, mobile-first design.
- Figma-to-code — takes a polished Figma design and faithfully implements it without a designer in the loop.
- MSAL.js — Azure AD authentication in SPAs.
- REST API integration — fetch/axios, error handling, loading states, optimistic updates.
- State management — React Query or Zustand.
- GitHub Actions — frontend CI/CD pipeline.
- Mobile responsiveness — CSS Grid/Flexbox, viewport testing across devices.
- Vitest / React Testing Library.
- WebSocket or SSE for real-time data feeds.
