The Role

We’re looking for a talented Full Stack Software Engineer with strong proficiency in Python (back-end) and React (front-end). You’ll play a key role in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications—from crafting seamless user interfaces to managing robust backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, end-to-end web applications using React (front-end) and Python (back-end).
• Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver robust, user-centric solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code that adheres to industry best practices.
• Design and implement APIs, ensuring smooth integration between front-end and back-end components.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Own the testing, debugging, and troubleshooting process to maintain high-quality code and system reliability.

Optional AI Responsibilities (for candidates with an interest in AI)

• Research and prototype AI-powered features such as intelligent search, summarization, and document indexing.
• Contribute to the deployment of AI models, focusing on scalability, performance, and real-world applicability.
• Explore ways to integrate LLMs and machine learning advancements into core product functionality.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with strong end-to-end application development skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Python for back-end/server-side development.
• Deep experience with React and front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and version control systems like Git.
• Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
