FullStack Developer

We are seeking a skilled FullStack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in coding with ReactJS (TypeScript), HTML, CSS (Pre-processors or CSS-in-JS), and NodeJS. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating high-performance responsive web applications and developing scalable Restful APIs.

Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React concepts.
• Architect and automate the build process for production, utilizing task runners or scripts.
• Monitor and enhance front-end performance.
• Performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring of applications.
• Familiarity with banking or retail domain knowledge is desirable.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles and experience with API gateway integrations like 3Scale.
• Experience with single sign-on or token-based authentication (REST, JWT, OAuth).
• Proficiency in task/message queues such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Pushpin, and Kafka.
• Competence in developing responsive web-based UI with frameworks like Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI.
• Understanding of front-end build pipelines, benchmarking, optimization, and unit testing with frameworks like Jest or Enzyme.

Functional Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodology and best coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.
• Ability to research and benchmark technology against industry standards.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively present ideas to senior management.
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Ability to influence multiple teams on technical considerations to enhance productivity.
