Fullstack Developer

The company is seeking a Fullstack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of coding experience in the following areas:

  Frontend:

  • ReactJS (TypeScript), HTML, CSS (Pre-processors or CSS-in-JS) for creating high-performance Enterprise Applications for responsive web applications.
  • Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using React concepts, ensuring modules and components are self-contained, reusable, and testable.
  • Knowledge of Data Structures for TypeScript.

• Backend:

  • NodeJS, JavaScript & TypeScript, along with experience in NoSQL Databases.
  • Excellent knowledge in developing scalable and highly available Restful APIs using NodeJS technologies and CI/CD principles.
  • Experience with containerization, particularly in Dockers and Kubernetes, and exposed to API gateway integrations such as 3Scale.

• Performance and Optimization:

  • Monitoring and improving front-end performance, along with hands-on experience in performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring.
  • Familiarity with multi-threading techniques, benchmarking, and optimization.

• Development Practices:

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and knowledge of the React ecosystem (e.g., Redux, Flux, ContextAPI).
  • Unit testing experience using frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or Jasmine.
  • Experience in Agile methodology and following best coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.

• Additional Skills:

  • Understanding of Single-Sign-On or token-based authentication (Rest, JWT, OAuth).
  • Knowledge of task/message queues, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Pushpin, and Kafka.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools, the latest versions of ECMAScript, and tools like npm and yarn.

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with and present ideas to senior and executive management.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to drive initiatives without supervision and work collaboratively across teams.
