Fullstack (Nodejs+Reactjs) Developer

Virtusa is seeking a Fullstack (Nodejs+Reactjs) Developer with verification responsibilities. The ideal candidate will take on the role of Lead Software Engineer and must possess a minimum of 3 years of development and design experience, specifically with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Extensive coding experience with SOLID principles, Event Driven Architecture, Spring Boot, KAFKA, MongoDB, and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience in performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring applications.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD principles and solving issues in a distributed services ecosystem.
• Understanding of API gateway integrations such as 3Scale and Kong.
• Development skills in Node.js (TypeScript), HTML, CSS-Pre-processors, or CSS-in-JS for creating high-performance enterprise web applications.
• Experience with NoSQL databases is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the Banking, Financial, and Fintech industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with best coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.
• Experience working within an Agile methodology.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to influence and collaborate with multiple teams on technical considerations.
• Self-motivated, self-starter capable of working independently and driving projects without supervision.

Language Requirements:

• English proficiency is preferred.
