Fullstack (React JS & Node JS)

Synechron is seeking a Fullstack (React JS & Node JS) developer with over 7 years of experience to join our team in Dubai. Qualifications:

• Education: Degree or Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Experience:
  • 5+ years of coding experience in ReactJS (TypeScript), HTML, CSS and NodeJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases and developing enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge in banking or retail domains is beneficial.

Technical Skills:

• Excellent development of scalable, highly available RESTful APIs using NodeJS.
• Experience with CI/CD principles, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of token-based authentication, task/message queues, and API gateways.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end build tools.
• Familiar with React.js core principles and popular workflows (Flux, Redux, etc.).
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, etc.) and modern CSS techniques.

Functional Skills:

• Strong coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.
• Agile methodology experience and architectural design skills.

Soft Skills:

• Self-motivated and capable of leading projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with senior management.
