Fullstack (React JS & Node JS)

Synechron is seeking a Fullstack Developer with expertise in React JS and Node JS. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in developing enterprise applications. The role requires developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components, architecting the build process for production, and possessing a strong understanding of front-end performance. Experience in the banking or retail domains is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement user interface components using React concepts.
• Architect and automate the build process for production using task runners or scripts.
• Monitor and improve the front-end performance.
• Develop scalable and highly available RESTful APIs using NodeJS technologies.
• Participate in CI/CD processes and troubleshooting issues within a distributed services ecosystem.
• Write tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with ReactJS (TypeScript), HTML, CSS, and NodeJS.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of containerization, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
• Experience with GraphQL and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and modern front-end build pipelines.

Education & Experience:

• Degree or postgraduate in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Minimum 5 years of coding experience.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work collaboratively and influence technical teams.
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills for interacting with senior management.
