To maintain our competitive advantage as we continue to grow, we are seeking a Functional Analyst Sr. Lead. This key role involves overseeing the implementation, administration, support, and maintenance of SAP applications for Supply Chain and C4C. The successful candidate will ensure the continuous execution of projects, provide support, manage teams and vendors, and drive various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop IT operational plans within their area of expertise.
- Recommend and lead the implementation of new SAP software applications required by the company, monitoring all implemented ones.
- Ensure compliance of both purchased and customized software applications with IT best practices.
- Identify and prioritize necessary application customizations.
- Supervise the development of software modifications and ensure all programs have adequate technical and functional documentation.
- Establish relationships and maintain communication with business owners, key users, implementation partners, and software manufacturers.
- Provide management with tools supporting decision-making processes and regular performance monitoring.
- Maintain accurate records and resolve risks/issues.
- Develop and deploy a post go-live application support strategy.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date policies and procedures.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Qualifications:
- 10 to 15 years of extensive practical experience with SAP Landscape, including S4HANA and Project Management Tools (C4C).
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field.
- SAP certification in the area of specialty and/or PMP/Prince2, along with expertise in Project Management Tools like Jira/CHARM/ITSM Tools.
- Executed end-to-end large SAP implementations and integrations with SAP and other applications.
- Led end-to-end SAP S4 HANA implementations and managed teams and partners.
