Job Purpose:
The Functional Analyst Sr. Lead will be responsible for overseeing all phases of implementation for SAP C4C Sales & Service, including administration, support, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new software applications required by the company and ensure their efficient deployment.
  • Identify and prioritize necessary application customizations while performing both analysis and design phases.
  • Supervise and undertake the development of software customizations, ensuring all programs have adequate technical and functional documentation.
  • Assess that both purchased and bespoke software applications comply with company quality policy and good IT practices.
  • Provide necessary training for users, including first-line support.
  • Liaise with software manufacturers for second-line support.
  • Perform software administration tasks and deploy new application releases and fixes.
  • Develop and maintain related policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field.
  • Experience in executing end-to-end SAP C4C Sales and Service implementations.
  • SAP certification in the area of specialty.
