Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle Cloud HCM modules including Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Payroll.
- Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Security to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Develop and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas to meet complex business requirements.
- Implement and manage Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) for enhanced user interactions and automation.
- Utilize Oracle Cloud HCM OTBI/OBIEE for advanced reporting and analytics to support decision-making.
- Configure and manage Approval Workflows within Oracle Cloud HCM to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Cloud HCM with other enterprise systems.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration of Procure to Pay processes with Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HCM solutions.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and support.
- Demonstrate expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Payroll.
- Have hands-on experience with Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and Oracle Cloud HCM OTBI/OBIEE.
- Showcase proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM Security and Fast Formulas.
- Hold a proven track record of successful Oracle Cloud HCM project implementations.
- Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
