Functional Lead - OC HCM

We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OC HCM - Approval Workflow, OC HCM Fun-Core HR, Oracle Cloud HCM-Journeys, and Oracle Cloud HCM Security. This role involves leading the implementation and optimization of OC HCM processes, overseeing configurations to support HR operations, and ensuring robust security measures for sensitive HR data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of OC HCM Approval Workflow to ensure efficient processes.
• Oversee the configuration and management of OC HCM Fun-Core HR to support HR operations.
• Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM-Journeys to enhance employee experiences.
• Ensure robust Oracle Cloud HCM Security measures for sensitive HR data.
• Collaborate with Finance & Accounting teams to integrate HR systems with financial processes.
• Conduct regular system audits and assessments for compliance and improvement.
• Develop and deliver training programs for HR staff on HCM systems.
• Provide technical support for HCM-related issues.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for successful HCM solutions implementation.
• Stay updated with trends in HCM technology to recommend best practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 11 years of experience in OC HCM and related areas.
• Strong domain expertise in Finance & Accounting and Devices/SPM.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration.
• Proactive approach to industry trends and continuous learning.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
