Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute functional test cases for APIs and backend systems.
Perform database testing to validate data integrity, consistency, and performance.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
Participate in test planning, test strategy development, and test case reviews.
Conduct regression, integration, and system testing across various environments.
Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in functional testing, focusing on API and database testing.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in tools such as Postman, SoapUI, SQL, and JIRA.
Hands-on experience with test management tools and bug tracking systems.
ISTQB Foundation Level certification (or higher) is mandatory.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Remote)
Work Conditions:
Contract, Remote role with a preference for local candidates from Jordan.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required.
