Your Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and Build Funnels: Develop marketing and sales funnels from the initial idea to final implementation and continuously optimize them.
- Create Landing Pages: Build landing pages, lead generation pages, and sales pages that effectively guide visitors to desired actions.
- Implement Technically: Ensure funnel structures are set up correctly and that every step functions reliably.
- Integrate Systems: Connect forms, email automations, and CRM systems to enable seamless processing of leads.
- Increase Conversion Rates: Analyze existing funnels, identify weaknesses, and implement targeted improvements.
- Test Instead of Guess: Plan and conduct A/B tests to determine which variants perform better.
- Optimize for All Devices: Ensure every page loads quickly and is user-friendly on desktop, tablet, and smartphone.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with media buying, marketing, and consulting to ensure ads, messaging, and funnels align perfectly.
- Maintain and Develop Funnels: Oversee the technical upkeep of existing funnels and develop them continuously.

Requirements
- Practical Experience in Funnel Building: Experience building landing pages and sales funnels, whether in a job, projects, or freelance.
- Familiarity with Common Tools: Proficient with ClickFunnels, FunnelCockpit, WordPress, or similar systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
- Understanding of Marketing: Familiarity with the fundamentals of online marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
- Technical Know-How: View technical challenges as puzzles to solve; you are solution-oriented and persistent.
- Design Sensibility and User Guidance: Knowledge of how good layout, clear structure, and sales psychology influence user behavior.
- Structured Working Method: Independent, organized, and meticulous in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent German Skills: Strong writing skills with attention to language and detail.
- Team Spirit and Willingness to Learn: Enjoy collaborating with others and a desire for continuous professional development.
