Fusion Finance Technical Lead

The company is seeking a Fusion Finance Technical Lead with 8 to 15 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in technical components such as BI Publisher, OTBI, BICC, FBDI, HDL, and Data Extracts, along with a good understanding of Oracle Fusion Finance modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses, Tax, and Projects.

Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and delivery of technical solutions in Oracle Fusion Finance, managing integrations, data migrations, and customizations, and collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, BI reporting, and Fusion data models
• Experience in leading technical teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of data migration, data conversion, reconciliation activities, and Oracle Cloud architecture

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud implementation experience
• Experience in the banking/financial services domain
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
