The purpose of the FutureX Engineer Graduate Trainee role in Business Continuity is to respond to internal or external incidents that impact the continuity of business operations and communicate effectively according to a predefined escalation matrix. This position involves implementing Crisis Management Planning, and overseeing response and recovery processes for both internal and external situations. The role also requires coordination of Disaster Recovery Planning, conducting regular tests of DR plans to ensure service recovery, and collaborating with Competent Authorities and the internal team to develop DR Run Books and conduct simulations, with regular reporting to TDRA and functional heads.

Key Accountabilities
- Handle the crisis management team through identification, damage assessment, crisis plan activation, and recovery phases, coordinating with Competent Authorities on national crises.
- Lead the company to meet Competent Authorities business requirements, such as rapid deployment plans as directed.
- Communicate and collaborate with competitors and operators to ensure compliance with the National Telecom Emergency Management Plan.
- Support Disaster Recovery run book workshops and govern DR activities.
- Conduct Technology Disaster Resilience assessments to document recovery priorities.
- Establish disaster recovery testing plans and coordinate their execution.
- Ensure the command-and-control center's readiness and the summoning plan.
- Perform periodic audits of the company data center to meet requirements.
- Conduct simulations to facilitate Executive decision-making.
- Lead communication and activation of DR procedures with Technology stakeholders during crises.
- Review and update disaster recovery procedures for critical technology systems.
Requirements
- University graduate, job-related certificates, professional qualifications, or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to operate under stress while maintaining quality.
- Skill in prioritizing multiple tasks and managing workload.
- Strong logical, analytical thinking.
- Research capabilities including articles and books.
- Knowledge of internal company policies and procedures is an asset.
- IT background is advantageous.
