Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements for FX, Commodity, Treasury, Derivative, and Structured Product initiatives.
  • Conduct process mapping and solution design to facilitate product implementation and testing.
  • Engage in change delivery and ensure successful outcomes in various projects.
  • Support product development, platform implementation, systems integration, user acceptance testing, and business readiness activities.
  • Develop and interpret dashboards, management reports, business cases, and decision-support materials to aid stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across business, risk, operations, technology, and control functions ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Maintain an understanding of the hedging lifecycle, trading processes, treasury operations, and overall capital markets workflows.
  • Analyze relevant data to derive insights related to product, client transactions, revenue generation, and operational efficiency.
  • Operate effectively across Qatar, Turkey, and Egypt while navigating culturally diverse cross-functional teams.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
  • A master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Financial Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Financial Markets, Risk Management, Treasury, or Project Management such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CFA, FRM, ACI, Agile, or similar are advantageous.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in a highly rated international bank, particularly with exposure to Treasury, Global Markets, Business Analysis, Product Management, or Banking Transformation.
  • Preferable experience in supporting FX, Commodity, Treasury, Derivative, Structured Product, or Capital Markets initiatives.
  • Relevant experience in trading platforms, treasury systems, digital channels, and front-to-back capital markets processes is advantageous.

Required Special Skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of FX, Commodity, Derivative, Structured Product, and corporate risk management solutions.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, market practices, risk principles, and control requirements.
  • Proficient in process mapping, gap analysis, operating-model design, user-story development, and acceptance-criteria definition.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret a variety of relevant data and metrics.
  • Proven planning, organizing, problem-solving, and analytical abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business-analysis, process-mapping, reporting, and data-visualization tools.
  • Capable of making informed decisions and following through within delegated authority.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse functions.
