FX Sales Conversion Agent (Mandarin) – Dubai

About the Role
A financial/FX broker is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Conversion Agent to join its Dubai office. This role is crucial in converting quality leads into active trading clients through a consultative sales approach. The successful candidate will leverage their industry experience to promote Forex and CFD products while delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Promote Forex and CFD products and services to prospective clients
• Convert quality leads into active traders through consultative selling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
• Maximize conversion rates and identify future sales opportunities
• Deliver excellent service throughout the client journey
• Stay informed about markets, products, and industry news
• Meet sales targets and KPIs while adhering to compliance standards

Requirements

• Native or fluent Mandarin, both written and spoken
• Previous Forex/CFD industry experience (mandatory)
• Experience in conversion or retention sales within the Forex/CFD sector
• Strong sales skills, including negotiation and objection handling
• Proficient with CRM systems and trading platforms
• Target-driven, numerate, and an effective communicator
