We are seeking a Game Designer who can manage both the craft of game design and the live operations that sustain our games after launch. This is a hands-on, hybrid role combining game design with live operations. You’ll be responsible for shaping systems, mechanics, and features, as well as creating events and promotions that enhance player engagement.

Work Conditions: Full-time, Remote (Preferred time zone: CET or similar)
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new game mechanics, systems, and features, from concept to implementation.
- Produce clear design documentation, including game design documents, user stories, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Manage the live game experience, including planning events, in-game activities, promotions, and content.
- Maintain a live content calendar while ensuring quality player experience alongside business objectives.
- Analyze player behavior and feedback to refine features and improve overall player experience.
- Test and optimize content based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with art, engineering, production, analytics, and marketing teams.
- Conduct player research and usability testing to better understand player needs.
- Contribute to product roadmap and feature prioritization.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in game design or product design within the mobile gaming industry.
- Hands-on experience with live operations and managing live game content.
- Strong understanding of game design principles, free-to-play mechanics, and monetization strategies.
- Proficiency with game design tools, Unity, and analytics for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal, with strong collaboration abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using analytics tools to derive insights.
- Creative thinker passionate about building engaging player experiences.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to a dynamic environment.
Language Requirements: Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
