The Gaming Assurance Specialist will support the Gaming Assurance Manager and the Enterprise Risk and Assurance team in executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other quality assurance activities for iGaming, the Lottery, and Raffle business. This role focuses on ensuring well-articulated, structured, and executed test cases across multiple platforms and device types, aiming for timely and high-quality testing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support UAT Execution: Assist in planning, conducting, and documenting User Acceptance Testing for ongoing and upcoming gaming projects.
  • Test Case Development: Ensure test cases align with business requirements and cover the necessary functional and technical aspects across various platforms and device types.
  • Quality Assurance Activities: Participate in periodic exercises to validate game performance, security, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Cross-Platform Testing: Validate gaming products across multiple channels, including desktop, mobile, retail terminals, and interactive platforms.
  • Defect Tracking and Resolution: Identify, document, and follow up on defects, ensuring prompt resolution with development teams.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams like risk, compliance, product, and technology to meet testing objectives.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all testing processes meet regulatory and internal control requirements, including GCGRA mandates.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed test reports, summarize findings, and contribute to post-UAT assessments for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of experience in quality assurance, UAT, or gaming assurance within iGaming or regulated environments.
  • Proven experience managing UAT for various gaming platforms.
  • Strong background with test management tools and testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in gaming environments, particularly GCGRA standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
  • Experience in preparing detailed UAT reports for senior stakeholders and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
