As a Gaming Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, installing, and verifying gaming equipment to ensure proper operation and regulatory compliance. This role involves providing technical support, preparing service documentation, following internal procedures, and supporting the continuous improvement of safety and repair processes while working flexible shifts, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle maintenance, verification, and repair of gaming equipment and related sub-assemblies.
  • Assist in all service requirements necessary for gaming machine equipment.
  • Read and interpret data recorded by the gaming equipment.
  • Move and install gaming equipment.
  • Provide technical consultancy.
  • Safely and effectively operate shop tools including hand tools, soldering equipment, and electronic test equipment.
  • Prepare documents corresponding to performed operations.
  • Represent the company in relation to the relevant gambling authorities.
  • Follow policies and procedures as they relate to technical operations.
  • Provide input on streamlining policies and procedures to enhance machine repair and improve safety and security.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar or technical role.
  • Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.
  • Extremely organized with good communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including 8-hour shifts and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Language Requirement: English language – conversational level.
