Key Responsibilities:
- Provision, configure, and manage GCP IaaS resources such as Compute Engine, VPC, Subnets, Firewalls, Load Balancers, and Cloud Storage.
- Deploy and manage GCP PaaS services such as GKE, App Engine, Cloud Run, and Cloud SQL.
- Design and implement infrastructure using Terraform and develop reusable modules.
- Implement IAM roles and security policies following least privilege principles.
- Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting using Cloud Monitoring and Logging.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Integrate Terraform with CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Hands-on expertise in Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Knowledge of IaaS & PaaS architectures.
- Experience with networking, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and Linux systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
Preferred Qualifications:
- GCP certifications such as Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect.
- Experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Exposure to security frameworks and compliance standards.
Experience: 5–10 years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in GCP.
