GCP Cloud Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Architect with a strong focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of GCP and architecture, coupled with expertise in Kubernetes, Unix, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible, Docker, and DevOps principles.

Responsibilities:

• Google Cloud Expertise: Design architectures, carry out migrations, and optimize existing cloud systems.
• Customer Requirements: Analyze customer requirements in cloud computing, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
• Platform Architecture: Develop tailored solutions with the Google Cloud Platform (from architecture sketch to live operation).
• Professional Experience: Utilize practical knowledge in IT infrastructure, network administration, or comparable fields.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect with a focus on GCP, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• In-depth knowledge of Unix systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Experience with Docker for containerization.
• Understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• GCP certifications preferred.

Total Experience Required: 10+ years

Location: Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia
