Job Description:
As a Gen AI Data Scientist, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and deploying machine learning and deep learning models for time series forecasting, NLP, and sensor/IoT data analysis.
• Fine-tuning and deploying state-of-the-art (SOTA) models, including large language models (LLMs), using frameworks like HuggingFace and methods such as LoRA, Q-LoRA, and full model fine-tuning.
• Implementing and evaluating bagging and boosting models (e.g., XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost) for structured and sensor data.
• Designing and optimizing neural network architectures, including CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, and attention-based models using PyTorch.
• Building and evaluating model performance using appropriate metrics and validation strategies.
• Working with smart sensor data and IoT systems to extract features and build predictive models for anomaly detection, failure prediction, and optimization.
• Developing and exposing model inference as REST APIs using FastAPI or similar web frameworks.
• Collaborating with DevOps and engineering teams to operationalize models using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
• Maintaining and improving data pipelines, feature engineering, and model monitoring in production environments.
