What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and deploy Gen AI solutions using advanced LLMs like OpenAI API (GPT-3.5 Turbo, GPT-4) and frameworks such as Langchain and Haystack.
- Develop and integrate AI-based chatbots with existing systems and platforms using Azure Cloud.
- Apply MLOps/LLMOps practices for efficient chatbot development, deployment, and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Cloud and Digital teams, Data Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure seamless chatbot integration and user adoption.
- Analyze chatbot performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- A Master's degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in data science, with at least 5 years focused on developing and deploying NLP solutions, including 2 years in AI-based chatbots or conversational AI systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and Spark.
- Hands-on experience with Vector DB & Graph DB, AI Search, Neo4j, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience working with the Azure ecosystem to deploy AI-based chatbots or conversational AI systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex language understanding and Generative AI projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
