GenAI Engineer

About the Job:
As a GenAI Engineer, you will be responsible for utilizing the company's no-code builder to create AI agents and GenAI applications. Your role will involve designing solutions, engineering prompts, and developing training methodologies for both Arabic and English models. You will conduct customer delivery sessions, define user stories, and build proofs of concept while becoming a Subject Matter Expert on the company's platform.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Build: Create AI agents and GenAI applications using Application, Automation, Data, and AI Agent modules in the company's platform.
• Prompting & RAG: Engineer prompts and establish high-quality output guardrails for Arabic and English.
• Agent Evaluation: Develop golden test sets to monitor accuracy using agent-eval frameworks.
• LLM Model Training & Fine-Tuning: Engage in prompt engineering and other training methods for models in both languages.
• Customer Delivery: Lead discovery sessions and iterate rapidly with stakeholders to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Platform Expertise: Influence development through structured product feedback on the company's platform.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–4 years in AI/LLMs with hands-on application or agent development.
• Language Skills: Proficient in Arabic and English (read/write/communicate).
• In-depth Knowledge on Gen AI: Familiarity with LLMs and methodologies such as grounding/hallucination, AI governance, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL).
• Model Operations: Knowledge in prompt engineering, golden test sets, A/B testing, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Integrations: Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and creating cohesive end-to-end workflows.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Enterprise Analytics experience is a plus.
