GenAI Engineer

About the Job: This position is focused on harnessing the power of the company's no-code builder to design AI agents and GenAI applications. You will be responsible for engineering high-quality outputs in Arabic and English, developing and training large language models (LLMs), and ensuring effective customer delivery through active collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Build: Create AI agents and GenAI apps using Application, Automation, Data, and AI Agent modules within the company's no-code framework.
• Prompting & RAG: Engineer prompts and implement techniques such as tool/function calling, chunking/embedding, vectorization, reranking, and grounding to achieve high-quality outputs.
• Agent Evaluation: Develop golden test sets and utilize frameworks for agent evaluation to monitor accuracy.
• LLM Model Training & Fine-Tuning: Conduct training and fine-tuning of models through prompt engineering and other methodologies in both Arabic and English.
• Customer Delivery: Facilitate discovery sessions, outline user stories and acceptance criteria, build Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback.
• Platform Expertise: Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the company's platform, providing structured feedback to influence the development roadmap.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–4 years in AI/LLMs with hands-on experience in building real applications or agents.
• Language: Professional proficiency in Arabic and English, including reading, writing, and communication skills.
• In-depth Knowledge on Gen AI: Familiarity with concepts such as LLMs, teams of agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), grounding/hallucination, and AI governance.
• Model Operations: Proficiency in prompt engineering, creating golden test sets, utilizing agent-eval frameworks, and conducting A/B testing and regression analysis for model fine-tuning (PEFT/LoRA).
• Integrations: Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and integrating systems into cohesive end-to-end workflows.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• A background in enterprise analytics is a plus.
