As an Account Cloud Engineer (ACE), you will be responsible for the customer lifecycle from project concept through follow-up, including closing the deal. You will coordinate technical activities for allocated customers while learning about the company's Cloud Infrastructure focused on Database Platform services. Your role will include:
- Performing solution demonstrations and proof of concepts.
- Delivering hands-on workshops and conducting technical due diligence.
- Ensuring customer adoption health and enhancing overall customer experience.
- Creating new industry-focused solution innovations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or up to 4 years of relevant experience.
- A strong interest and understanding of cloud technology concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and present concepts clearly.
- A self-starter mindset and a passion for learning new subjects independently.
