About the Job
The Capgemini Global Insights & Data business line is a market leader in data, platforms, and analytics across various sectors, including financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, and life sciences. Our services encompass end-to-end data integration to cloud platforms, a complete suite of AI engineering capabilities, and advanced analytics/AI solutions tailored for specific sectors.

As a GenAI Manager, you will be a thought leader with hands-on experience in the Gen AI technology stack, acting as an evangelist for the adoption of this technology in the industry. You will proactively engage with C-level executives at client organizations, taking ownership of solving their data-related challenges by leveraging Gen AI and related technologies.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a consultative seller of Capgemini’s Insights & Data services, partnering with clients to achieve business outcomes through Gen AI technology.
  • Managing bookings, revenue, and business growth within your assigned portfolio of accounts by selling Gen AI-based solutions that utilize data, insights, and AI.
  • Building partnerships with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and niche product providers to address end-to-end business challenges faced by our clients.
  • Organizing and leading client Gen AI strategy workshops.
  • Leading consulting teams to define the Gen AI strategy for clients, opening new logos and expanding business in existing logos, primarily in the insurance industry, with potential opportunities in brokerage and reinsurance.

Our Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess experience in GenAI and Data & Analytics sales across various industries, with a strong background in working with hyperscalers and insights/data product partners. You should be able to think strategically, design transformational changes, and proactively shape deals. A proven track record of winning and performing, along with experience in supporting Requests for Proposal (RFPs), is essential.
