About the Job:

The GenAI Solution Architect at the company plays a critical role in delivering market insights, competitive analysis, and tailored solutions for customers. Key responsibilities include:

• Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Creating reports on market trends and competitive strategies to identify opportunities and pain points for specific segments.
• Opportunity Identification and Pre-sales Guidance: Leading pre-sales engagements by understanding customer needs and analyzing their business and technology landscape.
• Solution Design and Promotion: Developing customized solutions based on customer requirements and guiding project strategies to secure contracts and drive increased cloud wallet share.
• Capability Institutionalization and Enablement: Institutionalizing valuable knowledge assets, conducting training sessions for sales teams, and providing technical presentations at industry events.
• Product Requirements and Defect Feedback: Collaborating on product enhancements and driving initiatives to improve product competitiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Over 5 years of relevant work experience in pre-sales, development, or operations at internet or software companies.
• Hands-on experience in leading mid-to-large-scale IT projects, from cloud migration to application modernization.
• Proven track record in designing solutions across diverse industries (finance, internet, retail, government).
• Experience in customer communication with the ability to propose tailored solutions and deliver technical presentations.
• Problem-solving skills with hands-on troubleshooting experience preferred.

Candidates must have the ability to influence technology decisions, possess in-depth knowledge of technology roadmaps, and maintain competitive analysis skills.
