Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Partnership: Collaborate with regional Sales teams to identify and shape Video, Image, and Multimodal GenAI (AIGC) opportunities, aligning creative and business requirements.
- Multimodal Solution Delivery: Design and deliver AIGC solutions that incorporate text/image/video generation, Vision-Language Model (VLM) workflows, and advanced prompt engineering or chaining.
- Production Pipeline Architecture: Build production-grade GenAI pipelines utilizing diffusion models, VLMs, and fine-tuning, leveraging orchestration frameworks.
- Agentic Workflow Design: Create agentic AIGC workflows where autonomous agents manage tasks with human-in-the-loop approvals.
- Technical Advisory & Governance: Provide expert advice on model selection, cost and latency optimization, and IP protection, content safety, and watermarking.
- Innovation & Lifecycle Ownership: Lead AIGC proofs of concept to ensure measurable outcomes, inform product roadmaps based on customer feedback, and support post-sales success.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect or Pre-Sales Engineer.
- Hands-on experience in delivering image, video, or multimodal GenAI systems in production environments.
- Strong background in cloud platforms, GPU workloads, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience with enterprise customers in the Middle East, Africa, and the United States.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with rapidly evolving GenAI technologies.
- Strong technical and business judgment skills.
- Language Requirements: Russian business proficiency is required to effectively manage stakeholders and drive business growth in the CIS market.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with deep knowledge in Diffusion models and prompt engineering.
- Experience in building agentic GenAI workflows with orchestration platforms.
- Experience with multi-stage creative workflows and GPU inference optimization.
- Background in solution architecture for AIGC platforms, VLM-driven systems, or AI infrastructure platforms.
- Understanding of Public Cloud services, including GPU compute and security for media pipelines.
