Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Partnership: Collaborate with regional Sales teams to identify and shape Video, Image, and Multimodal GenAI opportunities for stakeholders from C-level to engineering teams.
- Multimodal Solution Delivery: Design and deliver AIGC solutions across text/image/video generation with brand consistency.
- Production Pipeline Architecture: Architect GenAI pipelines using diffusion models, VLMs, and fine-tuning methods.
- Agentic Workflow Design: Develop workflows with autonomous agents for interpreting intent and coordinating tasks.
- Technical Advisory & Governance: Provide advisory on model selection, cost optimization, and governance topics including IP protection.
- Innovation & Lifecycle Ownership: Manage AIGC POCs, integrating customer feedback into platform requirements and supporting post-sales success.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with 5+ years in a Solutions Architect or similar technical role.
- Hands-on experience with image, video, or multimodal GenAI systems.
- Strong background in cloud platforms, GPU workloads, and distributed systems.
- Experience with enterprise customers across the Middle East, Africa, and the United States.
- Ability to operate in dynamic environments with rapidly evolving GenAI technologies.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in Turkish is required for managing stakeholders and effective communication within the Turkish market.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with expertise in Diffusion models and prompt engineering.
- Experience building GenAI workflows with orchestration platforms.
- Familiarity with managing quality, latency, and cost trade-offs in multi-stage workflows.
- Experience with customers in Media, Entertainment, Advertising, Gaming, Ecommerce, and social platforms.
