Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Partnership: Collaborate with regional Sales teams to identify and shape opportunities in Video, Image, and Multimodal GenAI (AIGC), translating creative and business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Multimodal Solution Delivery: Design and implement AIGC solutions, including text/image/video generation, Vision-Language Model (VLM) workflows, and advanced prompt engineering.
- Production Pipeline Architecture: Architect production-grade GenAI pipelines using diffusion models, VLMs, and orchestration frameworks such as ComfyUI.
- Agentic Workflow Design: Develop workflows where autonomous agents interpret intent and coordinate tasks, including human-in-the-loop approvals.
- Technical Advisory & Governance: Provide expert advice on model selection, cost optimization, and governance issues like IP protection and content safety.
- Innovation & Lifecycle Ownership: Manage AIGC POCs to ensure measurable outcomes and support customer success for advanced capabilities.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years in a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar technical role.
- Hands-on experience with image, video, or multimodal GenAI systems in production environments.
- Strong background in cloud platforms, GPU workloads, and distributed systems.
- Proven support experience for enterprise clients in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) and the United States (US).
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving GenAI technologies.
- Strong technical and business judgment skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with expertise in Diffusion models and VLMs.
- Experience in building agentic GenAI workflows using orchestration platforms.
- Familiarity with multi-stage creative workflows and managing trade-offs in quality, latency, and cost.
- Previous work with customers in sectors such as Media, Entertainment, Advertising, Gaming, E-commerce, and social platforms.
- Understanding of AI infrastructure platforms and Public Cloud services.
