Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Partnership: Collaborate with regional Sales teams to identify and shape Video, Image, and Multimodal GenAI (AIGC) opportunities, translating creative and business requirements into scalable solutions for stakeholders from C-level to engineering teams.
- Multimodal Solution Delivery: Design and deliver AIGC solutions, including text/image/video generation with brand consistency and advanced prompt engineering or chaining.
- Production Pipeline Architecture: Architect production-grade GenAI pipelines using diffusion models and orchestration frameworks.
- Agentic Workflow Design: Develop autonomous AIGC workflows that interpret intent and coordinate multi-stage tasks.
- Technical Advisory & Governance: Serve as a trusted advisor on model selection trade-offs, cost and latency optimization, and critical governance topics.
- Innovation & Lifecycle Ownership: Own AIGC proof of concepts to ensure measurable outcomes and influence product roadmaps based on customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with 5+ years in a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience delivering image, video, or multimodal GenAI systems in production environments.
- Strong background in cloud platforms, GPU workloads, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise customers in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) and United States (US).
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with evolving GenAI technologies.
- Strong technical and business judgment skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Computer Science or Engineering degree with expertise in Diffusion models and prompt engineering.
- Experience using orchestration platforms for building agentic GenAI workflows.
- Experience in multi-stage creative workflows, GPU inference optimization, and managing quality/latency/cost trade-offs.
- Background in solution architecture for AIGC platforms or AI infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of Public Cloud services, including GPU compute, edge delivery, and media pipeline security.
