Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Partnership: Collaborate with regional Sales teams to identify, qualify, and develop Video, Image, and Multimodal GenAI (AIGC) opportunities.
- Multimodal Solution Delivery: Design and implement AIGC solutions involving text/image/video generation while ensuring brand consistency and developing Vision-Language Model (VLM) workflows.
- Production Pipeline Architecture: Create production-grade GenAI pipelines using diffusion models, VLMs, and fine-tuning practices, alongside orchestration frameworks like ComfyUI.
- Agentic Workflow Design: Develop workflows where autonomous agents interpret intent and manage multi-stage tasks including human approvals.
- Technical Advisory & Governance: Provide advice on model selection and governance issues such as IP protection and content safety.
- Innovation & Lifecycle Ownership: Manage AIGC POCs and leverage customer feedback to influence product development and support post-sales success.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in a Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales Engineer, or similar technical role.
- Experience in delivering image, video, or multimodal GenAI systems in real-world environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, GPU workloads, and distributed systems.
- Proven success supporting enterprise customers in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) and the United States (US).
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with expertise in Diffusion models, VLMs, and prompt engineering.
- Experience creating agentic GenAI workflows using orchestration platforms such as n8n.
- Background in multi-stage creative workflows and optimization in GPU inference.
- Familiarity with AIGC platforms and AI infrastructure solutions.
- Proficient understanding of Public Cloud services, media pipeline security, and GPU compute.
