Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to identify client needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • Engage with enterprise clients (C-level to operational level) throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-sales to implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI/RFPs, and architecture design workshops.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating with product teams to articulate feature requests and shape the product roadmap.
  • Drive product market fit and roadmap development in collaboration with product teams.
  • Provide ongoing post-sales solution support and help drive upsell/cross-sell initiatives in partnership with Account Executives.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in a related field.
  • Experience in cloud computing and the associated technology ecosystem.
  • Strong regional experience in the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous startup environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, evidenced by relevant past projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of cloud-native applications and big data technologies.
  • Industry experience with large enterprise clients in sectors such as e-commerce, retail, media, entertainment, gaming, or gambling.
  • Background in solution architecture or pre-sales solution engineering within the B2B space, ideally in AI/ML, video cloud, edge computing, or cloud computing.
  • Deep understanding of public cloud and related business use cases, including edge networks, security solutions, and machine learning applications.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is likely expected; any additional language skills, particularly relevant to the MEA region, would be an advantage.
