GenAI Solutions Architect - BytePlus - Chinese Speaker (Third-Party Associate)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with regional Sales Teams to identify client pain points and craft technical solutions that deliver business results.
• Engage with enterprise clients at various levels (C-level to operational) throughout the engagement lifecycle, from pre-sales solutioning to project implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with product teams to define feature requests and shape the product roadmap.
• Provide post-sales support, focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Account Executives.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with strong business acumen.
• 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in cloud computing and related technology ecosystems.
• Strong regional experience in the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Language Requirement: Proficiency in Chinese is required for managing stakeholders and effectively communicating with Chinese-speaking clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of cloud applications and big data technologies.
• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
• Experience with large enterprise clients in sectors like e-commerce, retail, media, entertainment, or gaming.
• Background in solution architecture or pre-sales solution engineering, particularly in AI/ML, video cloud, edge computing, and cloud computing.
• Familiarity with Public Cloud use cases, including edge networking (CDN), video streaming solutions, and machine learning applications.
